Thing is, Brian Okam has MADE two free throws this season.
App State AD Charlie Cobb has had a rough go if lately, what with the botched firing/retirement/resignation of legendary football coach Jerry Moore.
Luckily, App State hooper Brian Okam was available to take some of the heat off Cobb with the worst free throw attempt ever (or since I shot baskets Saturday morning on Sullivans Island). Okam’s “shot” has gone viral, turning the spotlight away from the Cobb/Moore fiasco, for the moment.
Somehow, though, I have a feeling Cobb will get blamed for this, too.
