ETSU is not an acceptable candidate. Is the SOCON that desperate ? The other two are- IF they will upgrade their football programs. I will continue to ask why PC is not being considered. Is their an answer from someone? Please let me know. W& M and Richmond would be the best options but I don't believe that will happen. Please no more BB only schools. Not UNCW and let UNCG go elsewhere. Is the SOCON not capable of getting schools with BB and FB?

Let me start by saying that VMI should had never left the SoCon. .I think Mercer is fine also but ETSU left before because they had to drop football for lack of funds. The Bucdome is not up to SoCon standards. Some of the Big south teams are in our backyard. PC, Chas Southern, Coastal. All these schools are up and ready.

This is Boeing Brown's most recent Highlight, he is the real deal: http://youtu.be/MXzg42q84XM

He is going to be a diamond sleeper for Coach Higgins and The Citadel, Go Bulldogs...congratulations for landing Boeing Brown. I believe he is also dating Miss Charleston Teen 2013 Caroline Scruggs, impressive young man all around. Coach Taaffe seemed to like him a lot at UCF where his Father played. Good luck Boeing, welcome to Charleston and The Citadel!

Reminds me of Tebow in two ways. He has a big windup in his passing motion which is surprising as he has attended some football camps but he is a good athlete. Also, like Tebow he is getting flack for being a Christian athlete. Where does that come from? Boeing seems the type of good person that any school school would be proud to have enrolled.

VMI is an excellent choice if it will upgrade its FB program. The academics at VMI are very compatible withe most SOCON schools. ETSU is NOT a fit for the conference for may reasons. Mercer is ok, if it commits to a scholarship FB program. Jacksonville , and the other FLA schools, are not SOCON candidates in my opinion. They are jokes !!!
I would add PC or another stronger academic school.
