Turley promoted to Tampa; Ramirez activated from DL

Charleston RiverDogs left-handed pitcher Nik Turley has been promoted to the High-A Tampa Yankees of the Florida State League, the New York Yankees announced Tuesday. In a related move, right-handed pitcher Jose A. Ramirez has been activated from the 7-Day DL.
