  1. Thanks for great job like always Andrew! Do you have any inside News on Hunter Bishop coming back any time soon? Tyler Mcneely coming back as well? Matt Beca? Any out guys up in Providence in next few weeks? How about players that been on IR any news on them thanks? That new Guy Grimshaw think he be back down any time soon and Boyd will he be here this weekend? Thanks for great job GO Rays

  2. Peter Boyd was at the ice palace with Greenville the beginning of last year and let go and picked up by Bakersfield. 29 points in 50 games but that -31 Ouch!!! I’m hoping he can be responsible in the defensive end of the rink.

  3. I could be wrong, but from what I understand…..
When Beca was called back up to Charlotte a second time, we had the option of picking someone from a list of Florida players. We took McGinnis. But when we took McGinnis, Beca’s rights reverted back to the Everblades. I’m sure Andrew can confirm this, or correct me if I’m wrong.

  4. The transaction completes the future considerations of the Matt Beca/Matthew Pistilli trade made on December 31, 2012. That why we got Ryan Mcginess and we have Beca rights when he gets sent to echl.

  5. I wasn’t able to be at the game tonight. Looks like they thoroughly kicked our butts in the first then they had there butts chewed on during the break and the rest is history. it must have been crazy when Vaughan scored so late.

What are the initial thoughts on the way Boyd played last night?

  6. I was looking over the boxscores from last night and saw that former Ray Jeff Corey is back playing with Reading. He has 1 goal in 5 games…

  7. We should enjoy Zapolski while we can; why this guy is still in the ECHL is mind boggling. He could very easily sweep the awards with goalie of the year and MVP if that can be done.

Another reason for there latest resurgence is the PK; up to 5th in the league. The PP up to 10th up from where it has been earlier in the year @ 12 to 15th.

Right now we have the best goaltending in the league and just enough offense. Hopefully we can continue this ride into the playoffs.

  8. Nice to see former Ray Steve Pinnizzotto get healthy and make his debut in the NHL. There is a good article on theahl.com website for your reading pleasure.

In my opinion we have to get at least 3 of the last 4 points in whinerville!!
