OK, so I’m officially an idiot!

But I’m sure most of you knew that already.

Solar bears

I had the Stingrays playing Gwinnett on Tuesday when they’re actually playing Orlando. Well, at least I got a little head start on the Gwinnett preview.

I was thinking it was Friday and after that mistake, I wish it was.

OK, so here’s a little bit of info on Orlando.

Scouting the Solar Bears

Head Coach: Vince Williams (1st season) 2-2-0; 55-75-10 overall (Trenton, Orlando).

GF: 2.75, (8th)

GA: 2.75, (13th)

PP: 9.1% (16th)

PK: 100.0% (1st)

Notes: The Solar Bears have the No. 1 PK in the ECHL. They’ve not given up a PP goal in their first four games. They are 23 for 23 on the PK. The Stingrays come in with the fourth-ranked PP at 21.1 percent. The Solar Bears are led on offense by C.J. Severyn with 1 goal and 4 assists for 5 points.

  1. Nice streak to start the year; it’s obvious that Carbery doesn’t have much confidence in Morrison to give him a start. Sooner or later let him play or let him go!!!!
